Refund policy

Offroad Life wants you to love your new apparel however in case you need to make an exchange we are here to help you.  Offroad Life will only exchange or refund unused merchandise with original tagging within 30 days of purchase.  In most cases the buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. We refund the cost of the returned merchandise upon receipt of the items and will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are given in the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. The refund may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

Offroad Life processes orders as soon as they are received and for this reason we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping, change shipping address or add items to an order once it has processed. Your order will be processed within 2-7 business days and allow 3-7 days for delivery.
